Nach den Schliessungen der Vögele Filialen zog es mich in den alt bekannten Botty Winterthur um Schuhe zu kaufen. Beim Eintritt wurde ich freundlich begrüsst. Für die Herren musste ich ins Untergeschoss wo ich zu meinem erstaunen auch freundlich begrüsst wurde. Das findet man leider nicht mehr soviel was sicher auch an teils Kunden liegt. Beim ersten Besuch habe ich mich mal nur umgeschaut was die Bedienung Verstand. Beim zweiten hat die Beratung sofort gesehen was ich suche und so konnte ich Glücklich mit 3 paar Schuhe nach Hause gehen. Einer habe ich noch bestellt da die Grösse nicht vorrätig war. Beim abholen wurde ich sofort erkannt und konnte den Wunsch Schuh mitnehmen. Nicht nur der Verkäufer sondern auch die Kollegin fragte ob der Schuh gepasst hat. Fazit: Es gibt sie noch die Freundliche Bedienung vor allem wer es schätzt nicht einfach übers Internet sondern persönlich zu kommunizieren.
