On June 1, 1950, Jakob Toller founded the Toller company based in Meilen. The company offered paving and rolling work. In addition to communities and building authorities in the area, Jakob Toller quickly gained the trust of other companies. Kurt Loher took over the company in 1983 and not only founded Toller & Loher AG, but also continued to expand the company over the years. From the beginning of 2018, Kurt Loher took a back seat. He handed over the mandate of Chairman of the Board of Directors to his son Henry Loher and the full management to Bruno Ragnacci. The latter has been with the company for over 30 years. At the end of 2020, Kurt Loher passed away after a short, serious illness. For almost 40 years he held the scepter of Toller & Loher AG. Allen appreciated his professional and human qualities. He personally hired and promoted many of our employees. We will protect his memory and continue to run the company in his spirit. On May 1, 2022, Bruno Ragnacci handed over the management to Marco Hirzel for health reasons. Bruno will continue, with his uncomplicated and natural way, as a calculator and site manager, to incorporate his specialist knowledge from his many years of professional experience. In addition, he supports Marco Hirzel with his wide-ranging experience with words and deeds.
