Psychological counselling I have been working in psychology, clinical sexology and couple counselling since 2008. I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK and Switzerland. I use a 3rd wave cognitive-behavioural approach, aiming for mutually defined solutions within a minimal time frame. Whilst I acknowledge and explore each person's origins and shaping influences from their past, my focus is on "the here and now" with the potential of future improvements. Having lived in various countries and having a mixed cultural heritage, I am comfortable working with people of all ages, cultures and sexual orientations. At Relationship Coaching, I specialize in helping couples create strong, healthy relationships. I provide a safe and supportive environment for couples to learn about the dynamics of relationships and how to develop better communication skills. Through our customized coaching sessions, couples can gain a better understanding of one another and learn how to create a more fulfilling and lasting connection. Our approach is based on creating a collaborative, co-creative environment where each partner can learn from the other and feel heard, validated, and respected. My coaching sessions draw from a variety of relational models, such as Imago Relationship Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, SYMBIS, NLP, Stategic Intervention Coaching. I offer a range of services tailored to couples in different stages of their relationship, including pre-marital counseling, couples counseling, and marriage enrichment. My goal is to help couples build a strong, resilient relationship that will stand the test of time and make this world a better place to live for our future generations.
