In our café bars we offer daily healthy and fresh lunch menus as well as homemade sandwiches, salads and sweets at fair prices. Our foundation's own bakery makes our baked goods by hand every day. Some of our vegetables, herbs and salads are sourced from our organic market garden in Glattfelden, the meat is Swiss and the fish is sustainably farmed. We cook seasonally and make sure to use regional as well as organic products.
