I provide advice and representation in court.

In criminal matters, I represent you from the outset in criminal proceedings against you. I accompany you to questioning appointments, represent you before the public prosecutor's office, and make your position on the criminal charges heard before the criminal courts. For victims of crime, I advocate for the conviction of the perpetrator and the settlement of claims for damages and compensation, and represent the victim's position in criminal proceedings against the perpetrator.

I advise you on civil law matters. I draft and review contracts for you. I assess claims made against you under contracts or to which you are entitled under contracts. I advise you on corporate law matters relating to your company and your relationship with other companies. I review your legal claims, particularly in family law and inheritance law matters. I take the necessary steps to defend or enforce claims against third parties and enforce your claims in court or defend against claims against you in civil proceedings.

I support you in administrative law matters, particularly in the areas of road traffic law and immigration law. For example, I advise and represent you in cases of driver's license revocation by the road traffic authority. In matters of migration law, I represent you before the authorities in relation to the granting of visas, residence and settlement permits, and in connection with the granting of Swiss citizenship.
