Schärer Rechtsanwälte is a community of independent lawyers, notaries, and tax advisors with offices in Aarau. We represent the interests of companies, private individuals, and public authorities, providing both advisory and litigation services. Thanks to our size and personnel structure, we are able to handle mandates promptly and in an interdisciplinary manner. If necessary, we draw on our network of external specialists and correspondent lawyers in Switzerland and abroad.

The specializations and focus areas of the individual attorneys, tax experts, and notaries at Schärer Rechtsanwälte are as diverse as the concerns of our clients. What unites us all is the personal commitment with which we represent the interests of our clients. Schärer Rechtsanwälte has also set itself the goal of passing on the knowledge and experience acquired over decades to young lawyers and training them to become successful attorneys, notaries, and tax experts.

Schärer Rechtsanwälte was formed in 2003 from the merger of ten partners from three long-established law and notary firms in Aarau, whose origins date back to the 1930s.

Our fees are based on the time required and the requirements of the assignment, unless statutory rates apply. For notarial services (certification and authentication), the decree on notarial fees of the Canton of Aargau applies.
