The Tandem program is a mentoring program for unemployed people aged 40 and over who are looking for a job and would like to benefit from the active support of volunteers.

benevol Aargau was founded as an association in 2009 and now has around 150 members. We are committed to creating good conditions, recognition , and further training for volunteers , and we support organizations in their search for volunteers by offering advice, further training, and other valuable services. Our members are committed to complying with the benevol standards.

Under the umbrella of benevol Aargau, mentors in the Tandem volunteer program also support job seekers over the age of 40 and accompany them as they return to the labor market.
