Carrying out periodic inspections
We carry out periodic inspections on existing buildings. In accordance with the Low Voltage Installation Ordinance, these must be inspected every year, every 3, 5, 10, or 20 years, depending on their intended use. PDF Inspection periods During this inspection, we check the condition of all electrical installations in the building using measuring instruments and visual inspections. We check: the electrical distribution, the function of residual current devices, the correct connection of sockets, etc. Any defects we find are documented in an inspection report, which you can then pass on to an electrician of your choice for repair.

Inspection upon change of ownership
When changing ownership of properties with an inspection frequency of 10 or 20 years, the electrical installations must be checked if the last inspection was more than 5 years ago.

Carrying out acceptance inspections
For new installations with an inspection interval of less than 20 years, the electrical installations must be inspected by an independent inspection body within 6 months and the safety certificate submitted to the network operator.
