Home care in the event of illness, accident, or loss of independence

The Malcantone-Vedeggio home care service is one of six services (SACD) of public interest provided for by cantonal legislation. We provide nursing care, personal care (hygiene, basic care), and domestic help. We comply with the guidelines issued by the cantonal medical office and are recognized by all health insurance companies. Services are provided seven days a week, in the evenings and on public holidays, following an assessment of needs .
We collaborate with other services such as Pro Senectute (social worker, meals on wheels, pedicure), Opera Prima (caregivers), the Red Cross (transport), and ATTE (telecare).

At the organizational level, we are divided into two areas of intervention:

  For the municipalities of Agno, Alto Malcantone, Aranno, Astano, Bedigliora, Caslano, Croglio, Curio, Magliaso, Miglieglia, Monteggio, Neggio, Novaggio, Ponte Tresa, Pura, Sessa, Vernate.

 

Parent and child counseling center

Is my baby drinking enough milk? What should I do if I have breastfeeding problems? Why is my baby crying? Can I understand him? What does he need? When should I start feeding him solids? What should I prepare for him?
These are just a few examples of questions that all parents with young children ask themselves.
