Our firm's consulting activities cover various fieldsof architecture, urban planning, territorial planning , environmental planning, economic-financial planning, and management planning, serving clients and public and private entities. In setting up and executing our mandates, we pay particular attention to the principle of interdisciplinarity, aiming to make an effective contribution to improving the quality of living and recreational spaces for people, the environment, and the landscape.

ARCHITECTURE

Francesca Pedrina and the Studio Habitat team offer solutions that focus on architectural quality, landscape integration, practical and technical functionality, innovative materials and systems, respect for the environment, and the financial sustainability of the investment.

STUDIO

In addition to implementing the various planning tools required by law, the package of services offered aims to improve the quality of the decision-making basis (general or sectoral) on which a public, semi-public, or private entity bases its development strategies, as well as its specific intervention choices.

SUDIOHABITAT.CH SA is the result of the merger of the activities of Mina&Partners SA (founded in 1961 by architect Enea Mina, who in 2001 became co-owner alongside architect Francesca Pedrina) and the planning firm Publiplan SA (founded in 1989 by Fabio Pedrina and architect Claudio Pellegrini, who had merged the planning activities he had been carrying out since 1966).

Depending on the specific requirements of the project, specialists from the individual private firms are therefore involved in carrying out the various project tasks.
