The idea of setting up an independent business came about after many years of experience gained at various engineering firms in the canton and across the Alps (since 1978). This opportunity allowed us to grow professionally, keeping pace with the times. The technological evolution of tools and processing techniques was the first sign that something had to be done, immediately, and as an alternative to the various design structures, which in my view had become stuck in a state of creative torpor. Because what is design if not the development of a winning idea that satisfies technicians, accountants, and users? Obviously, while keeping our feet firmly on the ground.

Places where people gather in large numbers are considered socially indispensable. We designed and supervised the installation of ventilation and heating systems for the following public establishments :Bar Sport and Bar Simba in Locarno.

The fact that we are a declaredly "neutral" firm allowed us to acquire, at the beginning of 1998, the design and construction management of the renovation of the"Siberia" artificial ice rinkfor the Municipality of Ascona.
The design process underwent lengthy bureaucratic vicissitudes (appeal to the CDS). Finally, the project came to a successful conclusion with the formation of ice on October 9, 1999. The plant stands out for its high innovative value. The ban on ammonia as a cold transport vector opened the door to this new concept.
Ticino is home to the world's first plant operating with CO2 as a refrigerant. The environmental impact and energy savings, the main features of this project, were supervised by the Air and Water Department and reported to EMPA in Dübendorf. It was recognized as a Pilot Plant by the Federal Office of Energy in Bern, with a corresponding subsidy and mandate to monitor data and promote results until 2002.

European leader in pharmaceutical work for third parties, Micro Macinazione SA in Croglio is building a new plant designed by us. This concentration of high technology linked to production is supported by specific hydrothermal climate control systems such as:
- heat production
- osmotized water
- pure and ultra-pure water
- compressed air and low-pressure steam
- nitrogen
- fireproof insulation

We also coordinated all piping installations during assembly and set up the validation plans for the systems.

Office area air-conditioned by reversible heat pump (summer/winter) with presence switches capable of interacting with the economical use of heating, cooling, and lighting energy.
