In its current form, Comina Group AG is a young company, founded in 2013. The foundation stone was laid in 1992 with the establishment of Hauenstein Treuhand GmbH, which focused on providing Swiss companies with support in the areas of administration, accounting, tax consulting, and auditing. Buser Management AG, which specializes primarily in the administration of trusts and international companies, was established in 1994. After many years of trusting cooperation, the owners of the two companies decided to merge them in 2013.
