OUR HISTORY

For more than 40 years, the name Alphia has been synonymous with professionalism and efficiency in the body shop sector. Over the years, Alphia SA has gained extensive experience and expertise, which has allowed it to establish a strong relationship of trust with its customers.

Today, the company is run by Ellis and Danilo who, having followed in their father's footsteps, have inherited the "old-fashioned approach" and, with it, a code of conduct that is now considered rare. Alphia SA, always attentive to rapid technological developments, has equipped itself over time with cutting-edge equipment and systems. It also has specialized employees who are constantly updated through continuous training. Over the years, thanks to the high quality standards it has acquired, Alphia SA has obtained various certifications and has established partnerships with several insurance companies.

SERVICES

Body straightening and frame testing bench

Chassis straightening is a very delicate operation and must be carried out with precision. To perform this type of work to the highest standards, we use a universal jig bench.

Preparation

This is the phase that precedes painting. Each surface to be painted has its own characteristics and must therefore be prepared carefully. We carry out this operation using specific, high-quality products.

Painting

This is a process that does not allow for errors. Thanks to the professionalism of our staff, we carry out these processes flawlessly. For over thirty years, we have also been using paint products from Standox, a leading brand in the auto touch-up sector.

Assembly and quality control

After painting, the vehicle parts are reassembled with attention to every detail. At the end of the repair cycle, each step is reviewed and tested by our quality control department.

Polishing

The polishing phase consists of a series of treatments and processes that remove even the smallest imperfections from the bodywork. This service restores the vehicle to its original shine.

Hail damage center and dent removal service

Using the "dent removal" technique, we restore the bodywork of cars damaged by hail or deformed by various types of impact, without having to repaint or replace body parts. Our body shop specializes in this technique and guarantees a high-quality service.

Restoration

Our passion for cars has led us to develop twenty years of experience in the restoration of vintage cars and motorcycles. With a great deal of patience and genuine passion, we carry out both conservative restoration (involving only certain parts of the car) and complete restoration (bodywork, mechanics, electrical system, and upholstery). We carry out these operations meticulously and without neglecting any detail, as even the smallest error could compromise the final result of the restoration.

Most of the time, it is necessary to rebuild parts of the bodywork from scratch and recreate paints and enamels based on the original colors. Other very delicate procedures, which distinguish the work of a true expert, are anti-rust treatments for the restoration of the bodywork and the chrome plating of profiles and accessories.

At the end of the restoration, it is a great satisfaction for us to return the owner's classic car to its former glory!

Replacement cars

Nowadays, having your car in for repair can be a problem, given the importance of mobility in everyday life. To ensure our customers have complete freedom of movement, we have seven replacement cars available.

Upon agreement, we will collect the damaged vehicle from your home or business and deliver a courtesy vehicle. You can even travel abroad with our vehicles!
