The Marienhaus retirement and nursing home is located directly at the Brombacherstrasse tram stop, just a few minutes from the city center and with a direct connection to the SBB train station.

Marienhaus has 111 beds, 77 of which are in the nursing home and 34 in the residential care group for people with dementia. Fourteen two-room apartments for seniors with Spitex services from Marienhaus complete the offering. The nursing home on Horburgstrasse has bright single rooms with shower, toilet, and sink, nursing bed, built-in wardrobe with safe, and private balcony. Two-room apartments are available for married couples. Personal pictures, furniture, and other items allow for individual living with a personal touch. Radio and television connect residents to the wider world, and their own telephone and internet connections enable direct contact.
