Blumenrain Foundation

The Blumenrain Foundation provides care and support for elderly people with varying medical and nursing needs who are no longer able to cope with everyday life on their own.

The inpatient facilities at the Therwil, Ettingen, and Flüh locations have a total of 171 beds. We are committed to our residents and do everything we can to maintain and promote their quality of life according to their needs. In addition to high-quality care and support and various pension benefits, residents can expect a varied and diverse leisure program.

Spitex Solothurn and Mittleres Leimental is responsible for providing outpatient support at home. Spitex is part of the Blumenrain Foundation and is in daily use in a catchment area of around 34,000 residents.

To complement its outpatient and inpatient services, the Blumenrain Foundation runs the Leimental day and night care center for seniors, which cares for and supports up to 12 guests during the day and between 3 and 6 guests at night.

Close cooperation between nursing homes, assisted living facilities, Spitex, and the day and night care center for seniors ensures a comprehensive and integrated range of services that optimally covers the various needs for care and support.
