A physio prescription is valid for three months. However, you should have booked your first appointment within five weeks of the date of issue.

Massage is not covered by basic insurance and therefore cannot be prescribed. With your prescription, however, you can go to a physiotherapist.

Offers that are not covered by insurance (massages, training subscriptions, aids, etc.) must be paid for at the reception in cash or with standard debit/credit cards, Postcard, or Twint.

For services covered by compulsory health insurance (physiotherapy), we bill most insurances directly, so you will normally not receive an invoice from us.

Of course, you are also welcome as a self-payer.
