Raph-a-licious

Raph-a-licious catering is run by Raphael Schriber. Born in South Africa to a Swiss father and Slovakian mother, his love of cooking began at an early age. His chef career took him through Asia and South America, learning and cooking for greats like Bono, Bill Gates, and Jay-Z. Later, he cooked at Jamie Oliver's in Bath, England. Raph-a-licious uses fresh ingredients to create delicious dishes, including traditional South African street food, homemade Biltong, Fish & Chips, and English pies.
