Therapy principle:

Podiatry attempts to alleviate pain caused by unfavorable biomechanical posture (e.g., incorrect foot position, working posture, or leg length differences). When muscles or muscle groups are out of balance with each other, posture is unconsciously altered. Joints and the spine are subjected to uneven strain, which can cause unexplained pain and other disorders in the knees, hips, or back.
