Several years of binge eating, physical discomfort, and being overweight led me to take a keen interest in health and weight loss at the age of 18. I devoured books, studies, and documentaries on the subject of dietary change.

A good six years later (and 15 pounds lighter), I realized how much I could help people around me with the knowledge I had acquired over the years, and I found my true passion in personal coaching.
For more than three years now, I have been accompanying people on their very personal journeys.

The main focus of my work is nutritional counseling. However, a person is much more than their eating habits. That's why I take a holistic approach.
I deliberately completed my two-year training as a "holistic health consultant" so that I can incorporate things like illnesses, living conditions, stress, sleep, relationships, mental state, etc. into my consulting work, if appropriate and desired.
