Roof renovation

We renovate all types of roofs. With modern thermal insulation, you save heating costs and enjoy a comfortable living environment.  Our services include applying for subsidies. From scaffolding to all ancillary work on the roof, our well-trained specialists offer comprehensive roof renovation from a single source.

Plumbing
Our plumbing department is responsible for the watertight sealing of roof penetrations and all possible roof finishes. Water is drained from the gutters via downpipes into the sewer system.

A popular activity is the construction of sheet metal roofs, a specialty of the Bergamin company. All types of thin sheet metal are processed, such as copper, copper-titanium-zinc, chrome steel, aluminum, Uginox, Roofinox, etc.

Steep roof
Starting with the formwork, we are responsible for installing the vapor barrier, thermal insulation, sub-roof, and battens.

Flat roof
Starting with the substructure, such as steel, concrete, or wood, we are responsible for installing the vapor barrier, vapor retarder, and thermal insulation.
We construct flat roofs using bitumen or plastic, including gravel covering, laying various types of slabs, and greening.

Facade construction
We install all types of rear-ventilated facade systems. Shingle facades are particularly popular in our region. This type of roofing combines old tradition with modern architecture and is an impressive ecological, natural building material. Existing houses are increasingly being re-roofed with shingles. They have a service life of over 100 years. At the same time, the facade is usually thermally improved. We also install all connections to the windows with window frames in all possible colors.

Photovoltaics on the roof and wall

Lightning protection

Our plumbing company installs lightning protection systems in accordance with SEV and cantonal fire department guidelines. The following buildings are legally required to install lightning protection systems:

Crane services

Eurocrane 27, 30, and 40 m

These cranes impress with their enormous reach of 27, 30, or 40 m. They can be set up quickly and have hydraulic supports. They are used in new construction and roof renovations.

Herkules

This rotating mobile crane has a lifting capacity of over 4.5 t and a reach of 22 m. It is equipped with a tipping bucket, cable pull, and extendable work platform up to 19.5 m.
Main uses: major renovations, roof snow clearance, forestry work, heavy-duty crane work.

Klaas

This trailer crane has a lifting capacity of 1.5 tons and a reach of 21 m. It is equipped with a tipping bucket, cable pull, pallet fork, and work platform. Main use: smaller renovations, crane work with limited weight capacity.

Bobcat 12

This truck crane is mainly used for loading and unloading material transport. It is indispensable for renovations in rough terrain. With a reach of 8.3 m and a lifting capacity of 3.5 t, it is extremely versatile. The extendable work platform up to 6 m can also be used.

Crawler lift

Thanks to its tracks, the lifting platform can be used on almost any terrain. With a reach of up to 7 m and a height of 15 m, it can easily reach any location. Its small footprint (3.5 x 3.5 m) means it can be placed even in the smallest of spaces.
