In the heart of the federal capital

Our law firm was founded on July 1, 1986, by notary Hanspeter Haussener, who had already been practicing law since 1972. Having grown up in the heart of the federal capital of Bern, we are familiar with Bernese customs and comply with local legal traditions. We closely monitor current legal developments and regularly undergo further training. Based on our many years of experience and knowledge, we find suitable and individual solutions for our clients. Long-term relationships with our clients and securing their economic foundations are particularly important to us. Haussener Verwaltungen AG was founded 28 years ago by Hanspeter Haussener and today has a competent team of real estate specialists. We manage a diverse portfolio of over 2,000 investment properties and condominium owners' associations.
