Health is our greatest asset—that's what people often say. For me, it's much more than that: I see it as a dynamic state in which humans, as part of nature with its cycles and culture with its regional influences, are able to constantly rediscover and redefine their path. Depending on our age and circumstances, as well as internal and external influences, we are called upon to follow this path both receptively and creatively. Vitality and change are expressions of acute health – even if they sometimes feel uncomfortable and challenging. I also see illness as a meaningful process that expresses the ability of our body-soul-spirit system to address and rebalance aspects of our being that have fallen out of equilibrium.
