🏔️🐄 The history of Ai Pianoi
The farm takes its name from the area in which it is located, dominated by Pizzo Magno, which watches over the cows and also features in the company logo.
Stefano Corti took over the farm in July 2019, continuing with the original philosophy: dairy cattle breeding and cheese production throughout the year.

💚 A true family business
Stefano, his partner Monia, and Mario, the previous owner, work side by side, supported by family, friends, and acquaintances during markets, events, and farm work. A large family united by the same passion 🤍.

🌄🧀 Formaggio d'Alpe Cava DOP – alpine excellence
During the summer, the cows climb up toAlpe Cava, a mountain pasture belonging to the Patriziato di Biasca, managed by the Boggesi family.
Here, among fragrant pastures, careful milking and skilled milk processing, Formaggio d'Alpe Cava DOP is born, with its intense and authentic flavor 🌼🏔️.
