Comprehensive eye test

• Comprehensive medical history interview.
• Determination of the necessary correction using a DNEye scanner (accurate to one hundredth of a diopter) and measuring lenses
• Examination of the front sections of the eye using a slit lamp microscope: we examine the cornea, conjunctiva, lens, and tear film—and advise on what can be done for dry eyes.
• Eye pressure measurement and retinal image: we examine for abnormalities and thus contribute to the early detection of eye diseases.
• Discussion of the results and possible solutions.

 

Preventive examination

We measure eye pressure and create a retinal image.
This allows us to detect abnormalities that may indicate disease at an early stage.
Your retinal image is stored and can be used later for comparison to detect any changes.
This examination is helpful, but does not replace a visit to the ophthalmologist.

 

Contact lens fitting

We fit all types of lenses. From daily disposable lenses for leisure and sports to monthly or custom-made lenses for everyday use to lenses for medical indications.
The duration and cost of the fitting vary depending on the consultation and materials required.

We offer the initial consultation and trial fitting free of charge!

 

When normal glasses are not enough

Pathological changes in the eye such as macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, or diabetic retinopathy can have a negative impact on our vision.

If this limits your everyday life or your ability to read a newspaper with normal glasses, there is a lot that can be achieved in the field of low vision.
