Training the deep back muscles

Dr. Wolff's back therapy devices specifically activate the deep back muscles (transversus and multifidus muscles) that are responsible for stabilizing the spine.

Water therapy

Water therapy is a pleasant and gentle form of therapy. We have a 25-meter swimming pool and a children's pool (113 cm deep) at our disposal. A wide range of aids such as aqua jogging belts, fins, resistance boards, etc. are available. We supervise and monitor you throughout. We use the infrastructure of our partner, CTS Fitness, for water therapy.
