With its "fusion cuisine," SAMAWAT combines the culinary cultures of various countries and carefully creates new, sophisticated dishes. The foundations and inspirations for our "fusion cuisine" are Switzerland, Southern Europe, and, in connection with our Ayurvedic preparation methods, India and Sri Lanka. We source our food primarily based on ecological considerations and, whenever possible, regionally. Understandably, there are natural spices, herbs, and vegetables that can only be authentically obtained from their countries of origin. The SAMAWAT team lives the "Fusion Kitchen" ideology with enthusiasm, focusing on quality and flavor nuances.
