We process all commercially available thermoplastics, including PEEK. We also specialize in the processing of silicone (LSR). By adding masterbatch or subsequent chrome plating, we can offer you any color for your plastic parts. We can also manufacture your items with inserts such as ball bearings, threaded bushings, and other metal components. Thanks to our removal equipment, all types of visible parts can be produced with a flawless appearance.

Our machine park consists of 11 injection molding machines:

8 Arburg (220M, 2x 270S, 370C, 3x 420C, 470C), one of which has been converted for processing silicone (LSR).
2 Krauss Maffei (AX 80-380 with packing station, CX 80-380) and one Ferromatik (K-TEC 200). The injection molding machines have a clamping force of 35-200 tons and are equipped with state-of-the-art removal devices. This enables us to manufacture plastic parts weighing between 0.1 and 500 grams.
