Located in the former cowshed of the IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, Restaurant Käserei offers a unique culinary experience in a rustic atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the finest cheese fondue variations, raclette, 'Gschwellti', or Fondue Chinoise. A special highlight is the integrated show dairy, where diners can watch cheese being made while they eat. The homemade IN LAIN cheese is produced on-site using raw Engadine milk.
