Graf Gärten GmbH

The company

Graf Gärten GmbH was founded in June 2020 by Beat and Monika Graf. As of 01.01.2021, they were able to take over the employees and the business activities of the company kellergärten, blumenkeller.

Graf Gärten GmbH is active in the fields of horticulture & garden maintenance (location: Austrasse 20, 9055 Bühler) and flowers & floristry (location: Hauptstrasse 12, 9042 Speicher).

The business owners

Beat Graf takes over the operational management of the business and works full-time in the company. He completed his training as an EFZ gardener in horticulture and landscaping (2002 - 2005) at kellergärten and has remained loyal to his training company ever since. After his apprenticeship, Beat Graf trained as a senior gardener with a federal certificate as a green maintenance specialist and gardener foreman (2009 - 2011) and as a gardener construction foreman (2012 - 2014).

Monika Graf manages the administrative area of Graf Gärten GmbH. She trained as a commercial employee (2000 - 2003) and then went on to train as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate (2004 - 2007) and as a certified expert in accounting and controlling (2017 - 2020).

The team

In addition to the two business owners, the Graf Gärten GmbH team consists of 4 employees (400 full-time equivalents) in the Horticulture & Gardening division and 3 employees (180 full-time equivalents) in the Flowers & Floristry division. In addition, we have been training an apprentice gardener EFZ in horticulture and landscaping since August 2021. Another apprentice will start his training with us in August 2022.
