Graf Gärten GmbH

The company

Graf Gärten GmbH was founded in June 2020 by Beat and Monika Graf. On January 1, 2021, they took over the employees and business activities of kellergärten, blumenkeller.

Graf Gärten GmbH operates in the horticulture and garden maintenance sector (location: Austrasse 20, 9055 Bühler) and in the flowers and floristry sector (location: Hauptstrasse 12, 9042 Speicher).

The business owners

Beat Graf is taking over the operational management of the business and will be working full-time in the company. He completed his training as a gardener EFZ in gardening and landscaping (2002–2005) at kellergärten and has remained loyal to his training company ever since. After his apprenticeship, Beat Graf trained as a senior gardener with a federal FA in green space maintenance and gardener foreman (2009–2011) and as a gardener site manager (2012–2014).

Monika Graf manages the administrative side of Graf Gärten GmbH. She completed her training as a commercial clerk (2000–2003) and then went on to become a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal FA (2004–2007) and a certified expert in accounting and controlling (2017–2020).

The team

In addition to the two business owners, the Graf Gärten GmbH team consists of four employees (400 percent FTE) in the horticulture and garden maintenance division and three employees (180 percent FTE) in the flowers and floristry division. Since August 2021, we have also been training an apprentice gardener EFZ in horticulture and landscaping. Another apprentice will start their training with us in August 2022.
