The Alpstein Technik and Alpstein Bau brands are used externally to clearly identify the two business areas. Alpstein Technik is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Alpstein Bau's machinery and equipment, but also offers this service to third parties.

Behind the two brands is Alpstein Bau + Technik AG, owned by Yves Ulmann and Martin Dobler. Together, the two divisions employ 15 permanent staff, including two apprentices.
