What is yoga
Yoga is a system that is over 2000 years old and unique in its diversity and effect on the whole person. Over time, it has developed into the science we know today, which appeals to everyone equally, regardless of race, culture, or religion.
Yoga strengthens physical and mental well-being. By practicing Hatha Yoga, we slowly penetrate from the outside to the inside. We refine and strengthen our body awareness, our perception, our mindfulness, and our consciousness.
Offer
We teach classical Hatha or physical yoga. This includes:
- Relaxation exercises
- Yoga postures (asanas)
- Breathing exercises (pranayama)
- Concentration exercises
We also offer you the opportunity to participate in meditation sessions to gain an introduction to Raja Yoga (royal yoga). For more information, please ask your yoga teacher.
