Our sandblasting company, Hänni AG, specializes in cleaning and treating a wide variety of surfaces. You have the surface, we have the solution!
We have 30 years of experience in the field of sandblasting.
Sandblasting, our all-rounder!
With the sandblasting method, we are able to process all substrates. By choosing the right blasting material, nozzle, and air pressure, everything is possible, from heavy abrasion in the metal sector to the finest blasting work on listed buildings. With our wide range of different blasting materials, we always have the right material at hand. We use melting chamber slag, broken glass in various grain sizes, nut shell granulate (walnut), corn grits, and garnet sand.
In our company, sandblasting is very often used on wooden surfaces. We remove all paint from facades and interiors. We also frequently treat untreated woodwork to remove the traces of time. Sandblasting wood is extremely demanding. Thanks to our extensive experience, wood treatment is one of our areas of expertise.
In the field of corrosion protection, the surfaces of various structures are perfectly prepared for the application of rust-protective coatings using sandblasting. The SA 2.5 degree of cleanliness is easily achieved with sandblasting. Definition of SA 2.5: The surface is defined as free of any oil, grease, dirt, scale, rust/corrosion, oxides, paint, and other foreign matter.
Woodwork:
Facade area, roof truss, wooden construction, interior wood paneling, sliding floors, ceilings, stairs, fire restoration, furniture, shutters, etc.
Metal surfaces:
Iron structures, bridges, preparatory work for tank inspections, canopies, railings, grilles, car body parts, rims, motorcycle, moped, and bicycle frames, radiators, etc.
Concrete:
All concrete surfaces
(slurry blasting also possible)
Slurry blasting
Slurry blasting is a combination of compressed air, blasting material, and water. The added water binds the dust, making this blasting method virtually dust-free.
We use slurry blasting to roughen concrete surfaces. The refinement of concrete is becoming increasingly popular.
We use slurry blasting to remove plastic-bound coatings from mineral plaster that are harmful to the substance. This step is essential as preparatory work for creating a mineral structure.
We use the slurry blasting method to remove stubborn graffiti that cannot be removed with water jets.

Removal of all paint and contaminants on masonry, concrete, and artificial stone
Water jets
Water jets are a very clean way of cleaning. Our modern Falch device can be supplemented with various other devices. The Skater is used for large-scale cleaning of outdoor floors. The Skater is a machine equipped with flat nozzles. With this device, the sprayed water is sucked up with a vacuum nozzle and transported away via a hose.
For facade surfaces, we use the Skater's little brother, the Twister. This device works with the same technology and is easy to carry due to its low weight.
We also treat all surfaces with lances. These can be equipped with flat nozzles or dirt blasters. We use the latter to remove boja from concrete (without aesthetic requirements).

Dry ice blasting
This method is our most modern type of blasting. The area of application for the dry ice blasting method is very limited due to low abrasion.
Dry ice blasting causes only minor changes to the surface. This method is therefore used more for cleaning purposes.
Dry ice blasting is very well suited for removing protective coatings (Tektil) from vehicle underbodies. Dry ice blasting is also the ideal method for cleaning delicate parts, such as engines, where no blasting material must get inside. In the facade area, we remove stubborn ivy roots from plaster and woodwork with dry ice. Weathered glazes can also be removed with dry ice.

Sandblasting booth
We treat surfaces made of various materials in the sandblasting cabin. Our blasting cabin is suitable for all objects up to 5 m in length.
The treatment of furniture is very popular.
