ABOUT US

During the 1950s, Giacomo Rossi, a father and grandfather who was also an entrepreneur, built several single-family homes in the Bellinzona district with his construction company, which had over 150 employees. Unfortunately, his great entrepreneurial spirit was cut short by a serious car accident in which he was involved and seriously injured.

In the 1960s, Giacomo and Giacomina, our parents and grandparents, founded their first company: SILARUS Immobiliare SA.

In 1972, the second company was born: Immobiliare CALONGA SA. Calonga is the family name of our grandmother and mother Giacomina.

Our parents and grandparents Giacomo and Giacomina passed away, leaving the family to continue and evolve. Taking into account the great efforts made , between 2013 and 2017, the Giacoina Residence was built, consisting of five buildings and a large garage with a playground. Its name is a combination of Giacomo (Giaco) and Giacomina (ina).

On November 1, 2016, the real estate agency expanded its business and, in order to offer a warm and clean service to the community, decided to open a self-service laundromat in Cadenazzo, at Via San Gottardo 20B, also named in honor of Grandmother and Mother Giacomina.

In December 2019, the desire for entrepreneurship was still strong, so the family home built by the construction company in the 1950s, where their three children were born, was repurchased.

We are a family-run real estate agency. Our goal is to guarantee everyone a roof over their heads, in the serenity and protection that each of us needs to live a good life.

In January 2020, ROSSI Real Estate was founded to leave a strong mark of our entrepreneurship. ROSSI FOR PASSION!
