Our company has been operating for over 80 years in the construction industry, specifically in the field of heating, ventilation, and plumbing, as well as in building sheet metal work.

Throughout these long years, it has always maintained a high level of quality and importance in the region where it operates most.

Thanks to Arnoldo Laghi, founder, Gilberto Laghi, and Agostino Laghi, former managers, the company is built on solid financial foundations; naturally, thanks also and above all to our customers who have placed their trust in us for all the work undertaken over this long period.

In order to better satisfy our customers, we decided in recent years to consolidate our position by collaborating with Peter Laghi, who worked for 15 years at Studio d'Ing. Rusconi SA, now Visani Rusconi Talleri SA, one of the most important design studios in Ticino and Switzerland.

His practical and technical experience, accumulated over the years, certainly gives our company an important strength that we will naturally try to make available in the best possible way.

*** HISTORY ***

The company Laghi A. & figli SA of Caslano celebrated its 80th anniversary in the construction industry, specifically in the fields of heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and building electrical systems.

The company was founded by Laghi Arnoldo in 1939, who initially had to work hard to establish himself, also taking into account the events related to World War II. With the end of hostilities, which had created significant problems in the construction industry (very little work), business gradually resumed and gradually gained momentum from the early 1950s onwards, developing exponentially thanks to the construction boom of the early 1960s. Arnoldo was well known for his great work ethic and artistic talent in building plumbing systems, sheet metal works, and various copper objects.

The latter activity (the construction of copper pots, buckets, and plates) kept him passionately busy until his death in 1989. In 1964, his son, Laghi Gilberto, joined the company and gradually took over its management. In the early 1970s, Agostino also joined the company alongside Gilberto, and during those years, the company name became Laghi A. & Figli.

When Gilberto reached retirement age in 2000, the company enlisted the help of Flavio Laghi (Gilberto's son), who had already been working in the company for some time, and Laghi Peter for the technical and design aspects.
