Aziende Industriali di Lugano (AIL) SA is the leading retail and wholesale distributor of water, natural gas, and electricity in the Canton of Ticino. Their products and services are purchased daily by over 110,000 private and corporate customers, distributed across approximately 54 municipalities, in a geographical area stretching from Monte Ceneri to the state border at Novazzano. They build and manage the networks necessary to transport products from the point of production or purchase to the customer.

In addition to its main services, AIL SA offers its customers alternative and/or complementary energy products, promotes energy efficiency and green energy, and designs and implements projects that respect the environment and the well-being of its customers.

AIL SA employs over 430 people and has an annual turnover of more than CHF 300 million.
