First reminder (payment reminder)
With this reminder, we give your debtor ten days to
to respond or submit a payment proposal.

Second reminder ( threat of collection)
The debtor has the option of
contact us within five days.

Telephone collection
If there is no response, we call the debtor directly: our psychologically trained collection staff resolve 60 percent of all cases during the initial telephone contact.

Credit check
We check the debtor's credit rating free of charge. You then decide whether we should initiate collection proceedings. Our collection specialists are always available to provide you with advice and assistance.
