Our approach is pragmatic: protect your files, centralize your document assets, make teamwork easier, and remain strictly compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), without unnecessary complexity. The infrastructure is 100% located in Switzerland, hosting is exclusively local, confidentiality is reinforced by strong encryption and multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and traceability is ensured by detailed access logs. In partnership with Infomaniak, a recognized hosting provider in Switzerland, we provide a reliable and transparent alternative to foreign tech giants, with human support and clear methods for migration, configuration, and day‑to‑day operations.

We start with real‑world needs: syncing folders across multiple computers, sharing files with colleagues or clients, recovering a previous version of a document, securing archives, restoring data after an error or incident, and creating distinct spaces for teams (projects, departments, external partners). The sync apps run on Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as iOS and Android. Access is also available via a web browser and through open standards (WebDAV, CLI tools such as rclone, and—depending on context—S3‑compatible bridges). Everything is sized for speed, resilience, and straightforward administration, with clear policies: retention periods, versioning, automatic expiry of sharing links, quotas, and fine‑grained group‑based permissions.

Security isn’t an add‑on; it’s the foundation. We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest by default, enable MFA for all accounts, segment access on the principle of least privilege, log significant events (sign‑in, view, download, share), and configure retention policies tailored to your business. Versioning lets you roll back in case of human error or ransomware: you restore the state of folders as they were on a given date—no hacks or improvised workarounds. We also put in place off‑site backups in Switzerland, test restorations regularly, and document incident scenarios to cut recovery time and avoid chaos under pressure.

Compliance with the FADP (and, where necessary, the GDPR) is built in from the design phase. Data remains under Swiss jurisdiction, the processing chain is documented, access and deletion rights can be exercised with traceability, access is limited and reviewed periodically, and logs give you useful visibility into document flows.
