CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In a construction company, the construction manager is responsible for ensuring that the construction work is carried out in a professional manner, on schedule, and in accordance with the quality requirements specified in the contract for work and services.
· I represent the construction company in dealings with the client and the construction management.
· I plan the construction process in accordance with the schedule and contract.
· I manage the personnel assigned to me
· I organize, supervise, and monitor the execution of the construction work.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The construction management represents the client.
· I supervise the local construction supervision
· I check plans once to ensure they correspond to the object to be constructed and assist in their approval
· Drawing up, updating, and monitoring a schedule
· Initiating and assisting in the issuance of notices of default for the work being carried out
· Determining costs and comparing the cost determination with the contract sum
· Acceptance of construction work and preparation of a written record of the acceptance results
· Identifying defects
· Monitoring the testing of the functionality of the system components and the entire system
· Handover of the property
· Listing the limitation periods for claims for defects
· Compiling and handing over documentation of the construction process, inventory documents, and maintenance instructions
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project manager is responsible for the operational planning and management of the project. Depending on the type of project, he or she is responsible for achieving material, deadline, cost, and training goals within the scope of the project. In the area of planning, he or she sets goals and determines the resources needed to achieve them.
CONSTRUCTION TENDERS IN BUILDING, CIVIL ENGINEERING, AND ROAD CONSTRUCTION
A tender is a public or restricted written invitation to submit bids for the goods or services specified in the tender. This is done in newspapers, trade journals, or increasingly online via special procurement platforms. The term "submission" describes a procedure in which a bidder submits to the acceptance of the tenderer, i.e., a (potential) client. The willingness to accept is stated in the tender documents. The submission is also referred to as the tendering procedure.
