Who are we?

Alexis Gindrat and Allan Vuitel, two professional butchers and, above all, true epicureans, decided to start their own catering business in 2024.

We place great importance on working with fresh, local products. We also have a butcher shop with slaughtering facilities, which allows us to source high-quality meat and use our artisanal products for our catering service.
