Juracime S.A.

The Juracime SA plant, together with the Wildegg (AG) plant, has a production capacity of 1 million tons of cement, making JURA CEMENT the second largest cement producer in Switzerland.

Our two cement plants produce high-performance cements for a wide range of applications. Both plants are regularly reinventing themselves to become more modern and exemplary, in particular by strengthening their contribution to the circular economy.

Since 2018, Juracime S.A. has been operating its type B landfill site. This allows it to accept materials (excavated materials, lightly polluted soil, concrete, etc.) in accordance with Annex 5 of the OLED. As an alternative to landfill, Juracime S.A. also offers mineral recovery services. Our vision is to recover materials that can be used in our cement production.
