Intercarbide SA

Intercarbide SA is a Swiss family-owned SME based in Cousset in the Broye region of Fribourg. Founded in 1979, it has solid experience in the manufacture and distribution of hard metal tools and other extra-hard materials.

Specializing in the centerless grinding of tungsten carbide rods, Intercarbide SA has focused part of its production on the manufacture of electrodes for EDM micro-drilling.

With a large fleet of machines and sophisticated measuring equipment, we carry out all grinding operations on request.

With a small, dynamic, and flexible team, we serve industries that use carbide and ceramics, including the watchmaking, medical, dental, aeronautics, and automotive sectors.
