Pierre-André was born in Cully in 1966. After training as a carpenter, he felt the call of the open sea and traveled around the world on merchant navy ships. He returned home with his head and senses full of smells, flavors, and recipes, determined to share his love of world cuisine.
Back in Cully, his taste for local produce developed further thanks to some memorable encounters: his friend Serge Guidoux, a fisherman in Ouchy; the extraordinary Ludo, who took over the Nardi butcher's shop in Cully; and many other producers for whom "local produce" is not just an empty phrase and whose work deserves recognition. He had the good fortune to work for a few unforgettable seasons with Gilles Wannaz in Chenaux, whose hospitality, imagination, and poetry need no introduction. After a year in the spotlight at Café Fédéral in Cully, he decided to realize his dream: to offer his vision of cuisine as a caterer.
Every reception, every meal, every party becomes an encounter, and sometimes a challenge, because he quickly made a name for himself as an "all-rounder": alpine chalets, apartments, gardens, stadiums, cellars, boats, warehouses, picnics in the forest—nothing is impossible for him.
