The Dubois Brothers Estate
It is in the Dézaley vineyard, created 800 years ago, that the Dubois brothers have been continuing the winemaking tradition since 1927.
The wines are aged in the deep cellars of the "Petit Versailles," a building constructed in the early 19th century and whose style was inspired by the golden rules of French architecture.
Modern pressing and vinification facilities, combined with the traditional maturation of wines in large oak barrels, bring out the character and subtleties of our wines.
Our Estate
A collaboration between three generations who share the same passion for vines and the wines they produce.
These entrepreneurial winegrowers complement each other admirably, supported by their wives in a close and indispensable collaboration.
Driven by long experience and committed to the pursuit of excellence, the Dubois family is entirely dedicated to the demands of producing Grands Crus.
The latest discoveries can be compared with traditional methods in order to discover and identify all the subtleties that bring out the best in Chasselas, a grape variety that so perfectly expresses the diversity of our terroirs.
Thus, Les Frères Dubois, firmly rooted in tradition, convey the image of a prestigious Swiss vineyard through their wines.
Oenothèque du Petit Versailles
Cully
"Lavaux, a region of fantastic landscapes, steep, clinging to the slope thanks to your stone walls, trapped between the lake and the sky, you remain a witness to the alliance between man and his land."
What could be more sublime than tasting wine in the vineyard, facing the lake, in the shade of an arbor?
Our wine cellar, with its stone floor reminiscent of vineyard walls, high ceilings that allow you to feel the sky, and wall decorations captured by photographer Régis Colombo, transports us to a space outside of time and stress, where we can enjoy the moment and taste the whole of Lavaux in a glass.
Reception and Tastings
At Les Frères Dubois, hospitality has always been paramount and deeply rooted in our traditions.
The bar, the large room, and the terrace in summer can accommodate up to 60 people for an aperitif or cocktail reception preceded by a tour of the cellar. Discovery tours including a walk through the vineyards, an aperitif in the cellar, and a "food and wine pairing" tasting are organized.

Epesses - La Braise d'Enfer
Notes
A racy and rich wine permeated with a terroir whose minerality displays fruity aromas with a hint of flint.
Pairing
- Aperitifs
- Lake and sea fish, grilled, fried or with a sauce
- Fresh, soft and hard cheeses
- Cheese based dishes e.g. fondue, raclette and croûtes (bread topped with melted cheese)
Did you know ?
The soil in Epesses is clayey and tends to slide over the rock. When winemakers of yesteryear returned to their vines in spring they noticed that the walls looked different. Unable to explain this geological phenomenon, they attributed it to the devil, who they accused of disturbing the earth.

Lune Noire
At the cellar
After the wine is pressed, it undergoes its secondary (malolactic) fermentation. It is then matured half in barrel, half in tank, with pumping over of the lees to add fullness and mouth feel. Each grape variety is matured separately for 12 to 15 months in the cellar before blending.
Notes
Garnet hues and a fruity nose with notes of black cherry. The wine’s subtle vanilla aftertaste provides this lightly spiced wine with perfect balance and range. A supple, soft and rich red with soft tannins.
Pairing
- Red and white meat
- Mediterranean cuisine
- Cheese platter

Dézaley-Marsens "De la Tour" - Grand Cru

Pairing
- Aperitif for special occasions
- Lake and sea fish
- Platters of cheese, especially Gruyère Caramel and Vacherin Mont d’Or
