A FAMILY BUSINESS WITH AN EXCITING HISTORY
Senior Ado Wella looks back on the 1990s, when he first founded a construction company in the canton of St. Gallen, initially intended only for floor and wall coverings. Senior Ado Wella had already gained several years of experience and set important milestones for Junior. Junior Damir Wella completed his plastering apprenticeship and a degree in business administration and has been successfully running the company for over 10 years – creating a good mix of his father's tips and experience and his son's new and fresh energy. The company also has an almost family-like atmosphere, with I+ Konzeptbau GmbH having employees who have been on board for over 10 years!
Father, son, and staff attach great importance to good quality, adherence to deadlines, fair prices, and top customer service—these tools have given us a long and successful existence in a difficult market.
