ABOUT
Swiss Gebäudetechnik GmbH is a young company that puts its services at the disposal of its customers. The craftsmen we employ have proven expertise that is always appreciated by our customers. We remain available to them even after completion of an order and provide a warranty guarantee on the services rendered.
Below you will find more detailed information on various areas
We offer you planning and competent execution tailored to your individual needs. With holistic concepts, we take into account your individual preferences and requirements for the perfect bathroom
- Classic
- Modern
Our range of services includes new installations as well as the modernization and renovation of existing buildings:
- Single-family and multi-family homes
- Residential and commercial buildings
- Commercial and industrial buildings
We guarantee punctual, clean, and professional execution of all work, as well as a warranty and service that provide the necessary security for your investment!
If you have hard water, it is advisable to descale your hot water boiler every 4 to 5 years. We distinguish between mechanical descaling, where a heating coil can be removed using a manhole/flange, and chemical descaling, where the boiler must be completely descaled using chemicals. If necessary, the anodes and seals are replaced at the same time.
Pipe unblocking

Almost every second single-family home or apartment building is now equipped with underfloor heating. The advantages of underfloor heating are obvious: it is comfortable, invisible, economical, versatile, well-designed, powerful, efficient, allergy-friendly, environmentally friendly, and suitable for new construction and renovation. The main advantages are:
- Underfloor heating is comfortable – the mild radiant heat from below keeps your feet warm and your head cool.
- Underfloor heating is economical: the large-area "heat source" can save up to 12 percent energy by reducing temperatures by up to 2 °C.
- Underfloor heating is environmentally friendly: underfloor heating shows its advantages when combined with alternative energies such as heat pumps and solar collectors.
- Underfloor heating is clean and suitable for allergy sufferers: virtually no dust is stirred up and mold growth is minimized.
- Underfloor heating is forward-looking and flexible: the heating system of tomorrow is invisible and energy-conscious. It works with a variety of heating systems.
- Underfloor heating is safe: underfloor heating meets the high quality standards of the German Standards Committee, the highest in Europe.
- Underfloor heating is invisible: Underfloor heating does not require unsightly heating elements on the wall, opening up creative new design possibilities.
- Underfloor heating can be combined in many ways with different floor coverings: tiles, natural stone, carpet, cork, laminate, or parquet harmonize well with underfloor heating.
- Underfloor heating is suitable for new and existing buildings. Systems with a low installation height have been developed especially for the modernization of old buildings.
Heat pumps
Alternative energies are very much in vogue. This is due, on the one hand, to political developments—away from nuclear energy and toward the expansion of renewable energy sources—and, on the other hand, to the attractive subsidy programs associated with them. Heat pumps offer a good approach in this area, but their appeal goes far beyond their environmental friendliness.
The multi-talented heat pump
Heat pumps deserve a tip of the hat. Not only can they heat your home and provide hot water, they can also be used for cooling. No costly renovations are necessary! Either the heat pump is used without compression, i.e. without a compressor, or the flow direction is simply reversed. The compressor then serves as an evaporator and functions like a refrigerator, and the warm room air is returned to the heat transfer medium (air, water, or earth) through this reversal. Especially with a heat pump that uses geothermal energy via a geothermal probe, cooling operation in summer can even increase the annual performance factor and thus the efficiency. Thanks to the thermal charge, the probe then has a higher output temperature available in the cooler season, thus consuming less primary energy.
Increased property value
Owners of residential properties are increasingly confronted with the energy performance certificate when it comes to renting and selling. Energy-efficient renovation and, last but not least, an efficient and cost-effective heating system are becoming increasingly important. A heat pump is the ideal solution for both of these issues. Renovation based on energy efficiency considerations with full thermal insulation can easily cost twice as much as installing a heat pump. However, thermal insulation reduces heating costs by a maximum of 40 percent, whereas geothermal heating can save up to 60 percent of heating costs. The reduction in primary energy is also recorded in the energy performance certificate. Energy consumption can therefore be verified in detail, which is a valuable argument for renting or selling properties with heat pumps, especially in times of high energy prices, and thus also increases their value.
Oil and gas heating systems
Modern heating with gas and oil condensing boilers
Cheaper heating: that is the goal of many homeowners. A condensing boiler can help. The condensing boiler, also known as a condensing boiler in the gas heating sector, is a boiler that achieves very high energy efficiency through the use of so-called condensing technology. The exhaust gases—which escape unused from the chimney in other heating technologies—are used to generate energy. As a heating system owner, you can significantly reduce your gas consumption with a condensing boiler. In addition, a condensing boiler produces significantly lower pollutant emissions than a low-temperature boiler and is more environmentally friendly. Heizungsfinder explains how condensing boilers work, how much money you can save, and what the purchase costs are.
How gas and oil condensing boilers work
The combustion of gas, oil, or pellets produces water vapor. A conventional gas heating system or an older oil heating system discharges this water vapor, together with the CO2 produced during combustion, into the environment via the chimney.
Air/heat pump
The heat source for an air-water heat pump is the ambient air. This can be tapped almost anywhere with little effort. This makes air heat pumps universally applicable and particularly interesting for the renovation of older buildings and heating systems. The technology can be installed either inside the building or outside.
The air-water heat pump draws in warm outside air to heat the interior of a house. The air heat pump can be installed either outside or in the basement of the house. This requires approximately 1 m³ of space for the technology.
Compared to brine-water heat pumps and water-water heat pumps, an air heat pump requires less space. Likewise, no permits are required for the construction of a well or the drilling of a geothermal probe. For buildings with limited space in the boiler room or garden, air heat pumps are therefore a flexible and cost-effective alternative. You can request a free consultation on air heat pumps here.
