What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic form of therapy that balances the body's energy system. This enables the body to learn how to access and utilize its full potential, including its intellectual, emotional, physical, and energetic resources. Kinesiology combines Eastern and Western healing arts based on the five-element system with the latest findings and developments.
Imbalances in the energy system often lead to poor posture, pain, learning disorders, food intolerances, allergies, exhaustion, anxiety, etc. These imbalances are identified using muscle testing and balanced with specific corrections tailored to the individual needs of the person concerned. Energy blockages are released and the body's self-healing powers are activated.
Muscle testing is a biofeedback tool that uses changes in muscle tension (of the test muscle) to indicate whether energy is flowing freely (ON) or whether the energy flow is disrupted (OFF), causing the body to be under stress.
These different states of tension can tell us where balance is needed in the energy system and what corrections are indicated.
In professional kinesiology, no
medical diagnoses are made!
Applied Physiology
Applied Physiology (AP) is a highly refined form of kinesiology that searches extremely precisely for the origin and exact location of stress in the energy system. AP works out the exact physiology of the stress and balances or neutralizes it via the acupuncture system on various levels (muscles, ligaments, tendons, organs, glands, reflex zones, emotions, spirituality, etc.).
Duration of a kinesiological treatment
The treatment of a kinesiological problem takes an average of 3–10 sessions of approximately 1 hour each.
