HOW I WORK
In my work, mindful and respectful encounters with people and their life stories are central.
Together, we discuss your current situation and your needs, and set goals. In addition to conversation, my focus is on body-oriented psychotherapy. The inclusion of the body enhances the sustainability of the process. Possible therapeutic tools used in this method include conversation, the inclusion of the body, movement, breathing, expression, touch, and energy work. The use of different techniques depends on your situation, your willingness, and your goals.
Existing blockages such as persistent fears, feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, and difficult life events can cause massive psychological distress. These limitations can manifest themselves in the body and/or the psyche and reduce vitality. This severely restricts the everyday life and quality of life of those affected. Processing and integrating difficult life experiences can broaden and change one's perspective and perception of a situation. This can enable different behaviors and new solutions. Recognizing and/or implementing this in everyday life can lead to a better quality of life.
Method:
Biosynthesis is a body-oriented, depth psychology-based, and spiritually oriented psychotherapy training. This form of therapy was founded by David Boadella. He and Silvia Specht Boadella are continuously developing the method based on their many years of experience and scientific findings. This form of therapy is resource-oriented. It views the human being in the connectedness of their physical body, their psychological experiences, and their spiritual essence. In addition to conversation, possible therapeutic tools include the involvement of the body, movement, breathing, expression, touch, and energy work.
My continuing education and training inform and complement my methodological work (see "About" section).
