All grapes in our vineyard are produced and processed in-house. The wines are vinified and aged in the cellar in the middle of the vineyard. White wines are aged on site in steel tanks. The red wines mature in large wooden barrels and barriques in the community cellar in the town of Erlach.

Wine sales
The tasting room is located next to the community cellar and offers a special atmosphere for your wine purchases.

Culinary offerings
Your visit to the Erlach vineyard The Hasenlauf vineyard in Erlach hosts various culinary events in summer and
winter, where you can enjoy our wine with a good meal. Our stylish carnotzet cellar with old wooden barrel tables can seat up to 25 people. In summer, there is also a covered terrace with a fireplace for 40 people.

For groups of up to 40 people, we offer Treberwurst sausage in the beautiful community cellar in the center of the town of Erlach from January to mid-March. In addition, the vaulted cellar is available for aperitifs all year round. If you are interested, we would be happy to receive your inquiry by phone or via

No events can be held between Bettag and the end of November due to the grape harvest, grape processing, and the Läset-Sunntige Erlach festival.
