As the leading butcher's shop in eastern Switzerland, we place great emphasis on regional products. We source all our livestock from local farmers who keep their animals in particularly animal-friendly conditions.

Thanks to our own production facilities, we can respond to a wide variety of customer requests and implement them quickly and easily.

We are also proud to be a supplier to various homes, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, and various grocery stores, which speaks for our quality.

Our range extends from various fresh sausage products such as the famous St. Gallen bratwurst to our traditional beechwood-smoked Bauernschüblige and Landjäger sausages to our lovingly matured Mostbröckli and Bauernspeck, which we continue to smoke in the fireplace "as in grandfather's day."

Of course, we also insist on the very best quality for our meat. We allow all our meat to mature on the bone for between 4 and 7 days, which results in a particularly fine aroma and a rich red color.

With over 15 years of experience in catering/party service, we have already made many people happy with our delicacies. We cater for a wide variety of occasions, from small family celebrations with 30 people to gatherings with over 600 people. Whether you're looking for a morning snack with a filled meter-long loaf of bread or a giant pretzel, an elegant aperitif, a topping-out ceremony, or a company dinner, we have the right food for every occasion. Our huge barbecue buffet is particularly recommended.
