High standards born of passion
This is our guiding principle, which we strive to implement in all areas. Whether it's selecting our livestock suppliers (farmers), most of whom are based in Herisau and the surrounding area, or cutting, processing, and refining the meat, composing the carefully selected spices for our sausage products, or perfecting our various practical semi-finished products. The presentation at the counter and the friendly and competent sales staff round off the process.

We constantly strive to harmonize traditional recipes with modern culinary culture. This results in new, creative products that are very popular with young and old alike.

Our own recipes
We want to stand out from wholesalers and the industry, which is why we produce around 90% of our meat and sausage products ourselves. (Exceptions include various salamis, various raw hams, Bündnerfleisch, and mortadella).
